This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation number W91ZRS-21-R-0027 is for the Connecticut Army National Guard (CTARNG). The USPFO for Connecticut intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for an electric golf cart with the following salient characteristics: Must be an electric powered 20X10-10 Premium 6-ply rated full traction tires Extended range battery upgrade Heavy duty 8V batteries Single point battery with watering system and on board charger Heavy duty 2 leaf spring front suspension and a rear lighting Turn signal and horn package Complete CAB (windshield, windshield wiper, doors, flip-up rear window) white cowl, grey seats, cab warning beacon kit 5 panel rear view mirror, 2 side mirrors, seatbelts and overhead console controls with fan Cab heater/defogger kit installed Front LED work light kit and rear LED work light kit Must have a “SECURITY” logo Airfield reflector package Needs to be able to transport up to 4 people Instructions to Offerors 1. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The most important factors are price, technical capabilities and past performance.
