This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 dated 19 January 2021. This solicitation number W91ZRS-21-R-0010 is for the Connecticut Army National Guard (CTARNG). The USPFO for Connecticut intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for commercial-grade kitchen equipment for the Connecticut TASMG in Groton, CT. The salient characteristics and technical specifications (installation included) of equipment are attached as a part of this notice. This solicitation is 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside for NAICS Code: 333415; Size Standard 1,250 employees. Instructions to Offerors 1. All questions shall be in writing. Technical Specifications The technical specifications of each item are attached to this solicitation. Basis for Award Award shall be made to a single offeror. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government on the basis of price, technical specifications, delivery, and past performance, in that order. The most important factors are price and salient characteristics. Dimensions cannot be significantly larger than stated in this solicitation. These items are designed for specific spots in a kitchen.
