This is not a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The CT National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified small business (SB) concerns, certified 8(A), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) capable of providing the CTARNG with the following requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 333999 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is 500 employees. Description: UH-60 & CH-47 Shoring Cradles • Air frame stand UH-60 72’’ Wide x 54’’ Long x 25.9’’ High. QTY: 6 • Air frame stand CH-47 96’’ Wide x 36’’ Long x 31’’ High. QTY: 12 • Both stands will need to have a 20,000 lbs. capacity • Both stands needs to be made of aluminum extrusion, have a high capacity/weight ratio, and be on wheels for easy movement by hand. Interested sources shall indicate that they are capable of providing the required services and must provide: (1) Full name and address of the firm; (2) Cage and DUNS number; (3) Size status (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, etc.).
