Responses to this notice are NOT considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Connecticut National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. The purpose of this posting is to gain knowledge of potential sources for planning purposes only. The Connecticut Air and Army National Guard intends to issue a synopsis and award(s) for (an) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) for Architect-Engineer Services including, but not limited to, interested Small Business sources. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $16.5 million. The size of this IDIQ will be a minimum of $2,500 with a ceiling of $5,000,000 over the 5 year ordering period. Firms interested in this future requirement should respond with a signed Response to CT NG Sources Sought Notice (Template found in this notice), no later than 20 March 2020, stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor.
