This is a Request for Information and Sources Sought Notice for Market Research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The United States Property & Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Connecticut is seeking information regarding capability and availability of potential small business sources to provide a fully functional Cyber Range to be used by Army and Air National Guard, other Federal and State Agencies. This requirement is designed to be flexible, responsive, and meets the ever-evolving needs of the government. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor and services required to provide a complete Cyber Range that is up to date and maintainable. The Cyber Range will need updates as required to stay current with pending threats. The USPFO for Connecticut is seeking qualified Small Business (SB) Community Members [Small Business (SB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Section 8(a), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Small Business (SB) led teams, Small Business Partnerships and or Small Business Joint Ventures] that qualify under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes: 541512 Custom Computer Design. The Small Business Size Standard is $27,500,000.00. All responders MUST be registered in System for Award Management, with a current registration, www.sam.gov This Request for Information and Sources Sought Notice is part of Market Research. Your responses are sought to identify potential sources that have the knowledge, skill, equipment, experience and past performance necessary to provide a Cyber Range for the intended use. All interested, responsive and responsible contractors are encouraged to participate in this Market Research by submitting a response via e-mail to Frank Tantillo, Sup. Contract Specialist at frank.a.tantillo.civ@mail.mil no later than 1:00 PM EST 13 February 2019. Responses should include the company name, address, contact name and title, phone number, e-mail address, business size and classification/certification under one of the NAICS Codes listed above, Commercial And Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Dun & Bradstreet (D-U-N-S) Number, and a list of your company's three (3) most recent contracts/projects of the same type described in this notice, if applicable. Please limit responses to four (4) pages or less. This notice does not constitute a request for a formal proposal. This notice is provided as information to the market place and is an invitation for an expression of interest and brief demonstration of qualifications to perform and deliver the anticipated requirement.
