This sources sought is being issued for planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The CT National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified small business (SB) concerns, certified 8(A), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) capable of performing the requirements described below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 311430 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $11M. Please see PWS attached for details. Interested sources shall indicate that they are capable of providing the required services and must provide: (1) Full name and address of the firm; (2) Cage and DUNS number; (3) Size status (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, etc.); (3) Relevant past performance information. No other information is required at this time. DO NOT SUBMIT A PROPOSAL, OR ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AT THIS TIME. Interested sources should indicate interest to the Contracting Officer as early as possible but no later than 12:00 PM EST on 17 May 2019. Electronic submissions are the only acceptable means, do not mail or fax your submission. Questions must be sent directly to fabiola.arango.civ@mail.mil and received prior to 08:00 AM EST, 15 May 2019. This market research is for informational and planning purposes only. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted. Upon review of industry response to this sources sought synopsis, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government's best interest.
