The solicitation number is W91ZLK22Q0041. It is the Government’s intent to award this requirement to a GSA Schedule contract holder under a firm-fixed-price delivery order. This requirement a Brand Name Herman Miller and an unrestricted set-aside; all qualified and responsible Contractors are encouraged to submit a quote. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This procurement is in accordance with FAR Part 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules. Only GSA quotes are being accepted. This procurement is in accordance with FAR Part 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules. The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, Technologies Branch, on behalf of the PEO C3T Project Manager Mission Command (PM MC) is seeking GSA Schedule Contractors to procure, deliver, and install and set-up furniture into Building 6007, the 4th Floor. Brand Name Herman Miller to match existing according to the specifications listed in this RFQ. Please see the Attachment 1 – PWS for additional requirements. The Contractor shall specify delivery and set-up estimate after receipt of order, unit prices, extended prices and commercial warranties with quote submissions. Quotes shall specifically address each requirement listed on this document. Partial quotes will NOT be evaluated by the Government. All equipment WITHOUT EXCEPTION must be new and any manufacturer’s warranty information must be included. All submissions must be BAA Compliant. Acceptance shall be at destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005-5059. Evaluation Commercial Items: The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
