This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100 Effective 11 Aug 2018. The synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-19-Q-0021 for the purchase of Leica ScanStation P40 Laser Scanner (Part # 6009377) and a trade-in of the current Government owned Leica C10 laser scanner. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Set-aside to Small Business Concerns represented by NAICS Code 333316 (Photographic and Photocopying Equipment Manufacturing). This requirement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price type contract to the Lowest Priced offeror that meets the specification in the purchase description attached. Description of Requirements: The contractor, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the Government shall furnish Leica ScanStation P40 Laser Scanner (Part # 6009377). The contractor shall be an authorized vendor of Leica, the OEM (Provide proof). In addition, contractor must accept trade-in for the current Government Owned Leica C10 laser scanner, and identify a trade-in value on the quote. For specific information, please refer to the Specification attached. Instructions to Offerors: • Please provide a quotation addressing the requirement listed in the attached Specification sheet. All quotations from responsible sources will be fully considered. Vendors who are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, database prior to award will not be considered.
