This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email no later than 1500 or 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 22 September 2025. US Army Aberdeen Test Center has a recurring requirement for solvent supply and disposal services for parts washers across several US Army Aberdeen Test Center maintenance shops within Restricted Areas.
