This acquisition will be made in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items”, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 Effective May 26, 2022. The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions are available electronically from the following sites: FAR- https://www.acquisition.gov/browsefar DFARS - https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/ The synopsis/ solicitation number is W91ZLK-22-R-0023 for a non-personal services contract that provides on-site, out-of-warranty hardware maintenance, repair services, parts replacement (including peripherals, i.e. Smart Card Reader) and support services for computer printing equipment and peripherals at US Army Base Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811212 (Office machine repair and maintenance services. The small business size standard is $30,000,000. The Federal Supply Code for this acquisition is J074. This requirement is a Total set-aside among Small Business Concerns represented by NAICS Code 811212. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 “Lowest price technically acceptable source selection process” that meets the requirement specifications. The technical evaluation will be based on the technical specifications/performance requirements listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance (POP) is a Base Year and two (2) Option Years. Description of Requirements: Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1) and Equipment Listing (Attachment 2). Instructions to Offerors: Please provide a price quote for a base year, and each option year based on the PWS and the Equipment Listing. By submitting a quote the Contractor agrees to the notations identified in the PWS. All quotations from responsible and qualified sources will be fully considered. Vendors who are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, database prior to award will not be considered. Vendors may register with SAM online at the website link provided. Submission Procedures: The offeror shall include Company Name, Point of Contact, and Company Cage Code. Responses to this solicitation must be signed, dated, and received no later than 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, 11 August 2022.
