This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-22-Q-0010 for Proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2022-04 (30 January 2022). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for an Oil-less rotary scroll compressor at the US Army CCDC, Research and Technology area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. See the attached Purchase Description (PD) for all details of required product equipment. EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS: Vendors shall be evaluated based on the proposals that meets the requirment and the Government will award Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside , The Associated North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 333912 Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing. The Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Contractor shall provide a unit price for each of the items listed. Requirement: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process described in FAR 15.101-2 will be used, meaning the award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the Contractor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions. In order to be considered technically acceptable, Contractor responses must provide: a. Information in enough detail to show that the Contractor is able to meet the requirements. Previous acquisitions, history, ability to fulfill requirement in addition to specificiations and equipment in accordance with purchase description. b. Point of contact name and contact information, company CAGE code, DUNS number, and TIN. Partial quotes will not be evaluated by the Government.
