The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance to maintain the Tank Room equipment. The Tank room is our 90-day Satellite Accumulation Site room and the equipment is used to contain any hazardous waste that comes from the chemical agent laboratories. The tank room has 6 large capacity holding tanks and 4 Flow through tanks. Each tank has a level transmitter and PH Probe. The room contains 8 specialty actuator valves and piping that ties all the tanks and valves together. The system is tied into a control panel. The system needs to be checked for leaks, PH probes and level transmitters need to be checked to make sure they are accurate and calibrated. All contractor personnel performing services or maintenance under this contract must be contractor trained and certified to maintain the covered 90-day SAS equipment before the effective date of this contract. Contractor shall provide proof of this certification for servicing the SAS equipment in the contract and the personnel must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience servicing and repairing all SAS equipment covered.
