The contractor shall conduct quarterly on-site preventive maintenance visits to thoroughly inspect the cage washer. These visits will be at no greater than 100 day intervals and will total 4 visits in all. The first visit will occur no greater than 30 days following the award of the contract. The contract will cover one full (365 calendar days) of maintenance.
