This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-20-Q-0022 for Proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2020-05 (30 March 2020). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for The United States Army, Public Health Command (PHC) for Brand Name only Adobe Mobile Enterprise Software Maintenance. See below and the attached Statement of Work (SOW), and Justification and Combined Synopsis Clauses . EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS: Vendors shall be evaluated based on the proposals that are the Lowest PriceTechnically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set aside, The Associated North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 511210 and the Business Size Standard is 1000. Contractor shall provide a unit price for each of the items listed. AMENDMENT: VENDOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 5/12/2020 1) You have already AEM mobile licenses, you are looking for services around the same? Or you are looking to procure fresh licenses of AEM Mobile and Implement desired functionality? There is currant AEM Mobile license for APHC. A continuation of the support is desired. 2) In SOW it is mentioned as 15 applications, Can you please elaborate what applications you are referring to? We currently have 5 mobile applications. We desire to keep these applications on the Google and Apple store. Additional mobile apps are in development and will be launched as they become complete. Up to 15 possible mobile applications is required for this SOW. A mobile application is a single item on the Google or Apple store. 3) In reference to the RFQ posted on beta.sam.gov against the Notice ID mentioned in the subject , please confirm the Qty required for the Adobe Software. The purchase is for Adobe Experience Manager Mobile. Of course there is only one purchase requested for the service and 1 line item for support. There is no limit to the amount of users, up to 15 possible new or existing mobile applications.
