This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100 Effective 11 Aug 2018. The synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-19-Q-0054 for the purchase of two (2) Millipore water purification systems (Milli-Q Advantage and Milli-Q IQ 7005). This requirement is being solicited as a Full and Open Competition represented by NAICS Code 333999 (All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing). This requirement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price type contract to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror that meets the specification in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached. Description of Requirements: The contractor, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the Government shall furnish two (2) Millipore water purification systems (Milli-Q Advantage and Milli-Q IQ 7005). For specific information, please refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) attached. Instructions to Offerors: • Please provide a quotation addressing the requirement listed in the attached Specification sheet. All quotations from responsible sources will be fully considered. Vendors who are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, database prior to award will not be considered.
