The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-W), JBSA Fort Sam Houston TX 78234-5074 intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a competitive contract for services to be performed at all MRCO-W locations. Contractor will provide High Energy Electrohydraulic Extracorporeal Therapy Devices, procedures, components for use in chronic plantar fasciitis. Trained Operators on this equipment shall be fully insured and will provide intra-operative operation of the High Energy Electrohydraulic Extracorporeal therapy machine and install, set-up and provide preventative maintenance. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation, under which Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Orders will be issued. The IDIQ contract will have a 3-year ordering period: 01 October 2025 through 30 September 2028. This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19.5. The solicitation number is W91YTZ-25-R-A018 and the resulting award will be made on SF Form 1449. This requirement is for commercial services.
