The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - East is issuing this Solicitation to inform industry contractors of the Government’s intent to execute a Sole Source Award to WAHTS LLC out of Lebanon, NH under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. The contractor shall supply Eight each, 6459-010-9003A WAHTS AC System which includes Annual calibration QA evaluation, Software access, Shipping, Handling, & insurance. Accessories include Two each, HEA-ASM-0002B Admin Tablet w/ Software. Requirement is for the Hearing Conservation Clinic, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC. WAHTS will be purchased directly from WAHTS Hearing out of Lebanon, New Hampshire and will support as required. If your company has been authorized by Edare, LLC. as a distributor of the WAHTS with ATO on the DHA network, please provide a copy of that authorization letter to distribute and expiration date of the ATO.
