The Visian Implantable Collamer Lens (EVO MICL), Toric Implantable Collamer Lens (EVO TICL) and Lioli 24 Injectors are intraocular lenses used to eliminate or reduce a soldier’s need for glasses to see clearly. These are performed as part of the Warfighter Refractive Eye Surgery Program, a DOD-wide program designed to improve soldier readiness by performing refractive eye surgery to limit the need for glasses.
