The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – East (MRCO-E), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty, NC 28310 intends to issue a sole source award to GE Precision HealthCare for the continued the use of software through the purchase of GE Viewpoint Annual Software Maintenance Agreement. GE Precision Healthcare will support as required to maintain functionality of the system. The maintenance agreement will authorize WAMC staff (clinical or IT) to contact the Viewpoint help desk for resolution with software issues, errors and/or help that involves the Viewpoint software. The resulting award will be made as a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
