Update #1 12-5-2024 This updated announcement extends the response deadline until 12:00 pm on 10 December 2024. All other aspects remain the same. This is a non-personal services contract to provide to provide Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Advanced Life Support Service (ALS) Response Teams in designated medical aid stations and on response teams along the 2025 Presidential Inaugural Parade Route, Assembly Area and the Parade Merge Point in Washington, DC. The requirements for healthcare provider support are for o/a 12 January 2025 for the DoD Inauguration Rehearsal and on 20 January 2025 for the 60th Presidential Inauguration. Questions are due by 4:00 PM EST on Tuesday 03 December 2024. Quotes are due by 12:00 PM on Tuesday 10 December 2024. See attached combined synopsis / solicitation for further details.
