The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – East (MRCO-E), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price contract for the Inventrix/Labtrac Enterprise Licensing Agreement for use at the US Army Dental Lab Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. The period of performance is for October 01, 2024 thru September 30, 2027. Labtrac Connect allows outside clinics to directly submit dental laboratory prescriptions for cases and digital files to dental laboratories equipped with Labtrac Enterprise. The Army Dental Laboratory utilizes the lnventrix/Labtrac Enterprise software and support licensing agreement in order to efficiently operate the dental laboratory managing the dental case workload scheduling and allocating the resources, time and skill capacities of technicians with their expertise, experience and knowledge. This is not a request for quote, and no telephonic requestS will be honored; the solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov within the next 15 to 30 days. The requirement will be using NAICS Code 513210. All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM can be accessed via the internet at www.sam.gov/. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract.
