The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – East, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Blood Glucose Analyzer Supplies and Incidental Service for 40 Glucose Analyzer meters at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Eisenhower, GA as listed in the BPA Agreement Statement of Need. Proposals shall conform to the requirements of Addendum to 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. Award will be made in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 and FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Items. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted. This solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). The ordering period for the BPA will be a 5 year ordering period. The NAICS Code is 325413. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06 (as of 29 Aug 24). Reference the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation for details. Amendment 0001 was issued to correct the Blanket Purchase Agreement ordering period to 4 years and end 30 September 2028.
