Please see the attached ammendment W91YTZ24Q0031 0001 Medical Readiness Contracting Office - East (MRCO-E), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole sourced Blanket Purchase Agreement to Aden Optical Laboratory, INC. 6 Lancaster Parkway, Lancaster, NY 14086-9713, United States. Alden Optical will provide unique specialized Scleral Contact lenses that are customized to each individual patient’s eye care and vision needs. Alden Optical is also very user friendly as they warrantee their contact lenses and in frequent cases provide adjusted lens proscriptions at no cost to the government. As in frequent cases the patient eye care perceptions change or lenses need additional adjustments, requiring an additional custom lens be manufactured to adjusted specifications within the prescription. These contact lenses also support our Primary Care Residency Program, allowing our Active Duty one-year Residents the experience of providing a full eye exam and contact lens fitting for Soldiers and authorized DOD beneficiaries in need of this specialized contact lenses.
