Medical Readiness Contracting Office - East (MRCO-E), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole sourced contract to Alcon Vision LLC, 6201 South Fwy, Forth Worth, TX, 76134, United States. Alcon Vision LLC will provide all consumable material necessary to supply eye surgical such as PHACO Packs, (BSS) a balanced salt solution (BSS) is a solution made to a physiological pH and isotonic salt concentration. Solutions, ultra-hand pieces, MONARCH Cartridges (reusable manual, screw type injector) and other surgical supplies as required that are used with the Centurion System. Additionally, there are no other companies or firms that sells or distributes these supplies for the Alcon Manufactured and proprietary equipment (Centurion System). If your company can supply the Alcon consumable supplies for the above equipment please submit a authorized third party distributors letter from Alcon and provide a capability statement with any relevant past performance history. The solicitation number will be W91YTZ24Q0004, the resulting award will be made on DD Form 1155 (Blank Purchase Order). This requirement is for commercial supplies.
