The services under this contract will be performed at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The Contractor shall provide personnel, materials, equipment, tools, insurance and incidentals, supervision and all necessary to perform Ambulance Services at Fort Buchanan, PR. The Ambulance Services shall be available twenty four (24) hours daily, seven (7) days a week providing Advance Life Support (ALS) ambulance service on Fort Buchanan and area of responsibility; routine transports from the Rodriguez Army Health Clinic to a local hospital in/and around the metropolitan area (San Juan, Bayamon, Cataño, Carolina, and Guaynabo). Period of Performance: Base Year and four (4) 12-month option years, if exercised by the Government.
