This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes as being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REQUIREMENT: Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Liberty, NC -has a requirement to provide a qualified Roman Catholic Priest to provide religious services in accordance with established principles and ethics of the Roman Catholic Church, and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. CLOSING DATE: 10:00 AM (EST), 01 September 2023 OFFEROR SOLICITATION SUBMISSION NOTES: 1. This combined synopsis solicitation DOES NOT include the use of a SF 1449. Therefore, an authorized offeror shall submit on company letterhead acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The letter shall be dated and signed with signature. 2. Complete/return the solicitation and the representations and certifications. Offerors must complete and return copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212- 3 (see FAR 52.212-3(b) for those representations and certifications that the offeror shall complete electronically). (i) Offerors must acknowledge and return a completed Solicitation and, (ii) Offerors must acknowledge, sign and return all Solicitation Amendments. (iii) An SF1449 is not provided with this combined/synopsis solicitation all offer submitted must be submitted with/on a signed company letterhead.
