This is a nonpersonal services contract to provide infectious disease hemagglutinin testing on collected allogeneic blood units and Walking Blood Bank specimens. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor personnel performing services herein. Such personnel shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
