The solicitation closing date has been extended from 14 August 2023 to 24 August 2023 via Amendment 0002. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-East, Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Liberty, North Carolina 28310, award a sole sourced contract with ESi Acquisiton, Inc., Juvare Company for WebEOC. Contractor shall provide a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) approved, Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) compliant system. FedRAMP standardizes security assessments and authorizations for cloud products and services used by U.S. federal agencies. The goal is to make sure federal data is consistently protected. HICS compliance ensures consistencies with the MEDCEN’s Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and allows for easy of interoperability with surrounding community hospitals. To ensure no interruption of capability, is critical in maintaining Joint Commission accreditation. WebEOC is an emergency communication and record logging computer-based module that is FedRAMP approved, minimizes disruption of services and is used on our installation and surrounding community. ESI Acquisition -Javare will use an external cloud platform to store, process, and/or transmit covered defense information in performance of the resultant contract. Any Contractor must meet the security requirements equivalent to those established by the Government for the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Moderate baseline. ESI-Javare is the only known contractor that is FedRAMP approved. Contractor will ensure the WebEOC program produces rapid and accurate information.
