The collaboration will create a Geographic Information System (GIS) to display entomological data that will enable decision makers to rapidly assess risk to their training forces. This will also create a standard dataset dashboard / format for entomological surveillance data for commanders to use to prior to determining heavy areas of entomological infestations. The GIS system will establish an interactive, expandable geospatial and analytical dashboard depicting the entomological surveillance picture using dynamics that include tableau, establish metrics that are based on vector abundance models and thresholds to estimate different levels of diseases and risk. The contractor shall provide Entomological Surveillance Dashboard services to the Government at Fort Liberty, NC and will include providing all required facilities, personnel, services, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies required.
