The Medical Readiness Contracting Office (MRCO) – East, intends to issue an award solely to Stryker Sales, LLC, 3800 E Centre Ave, Portage, MI., 49002. The procurement is for seven (7) 6507 Power Pro 2, High Configuration EMS Ambulance Stretchers and accessories. The NAICs code of this procurement is 339113 and the size standard is 800 Employees. This procurement is to support the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. Stryker is the sole source distributor and there are no resellers. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.16-1(b)(1)(i), Only One Source Reasonably Available. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
