This is a Request for Information (RFI) – Sources Sought Notice Only. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes only. The United States (US) Government is seeking sources in order to determine a sole-source justification for the Springshare, LLC which is a small business. 1. The resulting information will be used to determine if there are sufficient resources to support a sole-source for the solicitation, and award of the contract. The US Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder; not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any further RFQ; IFB or RFP if issued. 2. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services). The business size standard is $34,000,000.00. All contractors doing business with the Department of Defense shall be registered and approved through the System for Award Management (SAM). This is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidates the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, and EPLS. There is no fee to register for this site. Entities may register at no cost directly from this page. The proposed performance start date will be on or about 1 July 2023. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ-23-Q-0078. 3. WAMC library staff will create and update the WAMC LibGuides site. LibGuides are the industry standard for library discovery portals capable of referencing resources from many library information vendors. Springshare is the sole source provider of the LibGuides system. LibGuides are in wide use throughout the DoD and Federal agencies. Failure to provide the services/supplies could result in mission failure.
