This solicitation is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement. This agreement will be established in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Subpart 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). This BPA will be reviewed by the Contracting Officer at least once annually before the anniversary of the effective date, and revised to conform to all requirements of Statutes, Executive Orders, and the FAR. Revisions will be evidenced by a modification to the BPA. There are no funds available for this BPA. Funds will be made available and the Government will only be obligated for payment upon issuance of valid orders placed against this BPA. The Government is only obligated to the extent of authorized orders made against the BPA. See attached Request for Quotes for details. Offerors will fill out the Price List for Services in Attachment 1 of the Blanket Purchase Agreement. See attached SF 1449 Request for Quote for further details. Contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. See Performance Work Statements (PWS I and II) for a description of the requirements. The ordering period for this BPA is five (5) years from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2028.
