The contractor is required to provide on-call, on-site services and cannot be more than two hours away from KACH in order to augment the one fulltime General Schedule (GS) FHE. Providing this capability in support of KACH is a service that will support the Commander’s goal to establish a robust Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program which put the needs of the victim first.
