COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION NUMBER# W91YTZ-22-R-0071 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. Any offer received after the closing date/time will be deemed as “late” and will not be considered for evaluations. PERIOD OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 180 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. (Ref: FAR 52.212- 1(c)). OFFEROR SOLICITATION SUBMISSION NOTES: 1. This combined synopsis solicitation DOES NOT include the use of a SF 1449. Therefore, an authorized offeror shall submit on company letterhead acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The letter shall be dated and signed with signature. 2. Complete/return the solicitation and the representations and certifications. Offerors must complete and return copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212- 3 (see FAR 52.212-3(b) for those representations and certifications that the offeror shall complete electronically). (i) Offerors must acknowledge and return a completed Solicitation and, (ii) Offerors must acknowledge, sign and return all Solicitation Amendments. (iii) An SF1449 is not provided with this combined/synopsis solicitation all offer submitted must be submitted with/on a signed company letterhead.
