DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION NUMBER# W91YTZ-22-R-0050 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. REGULATIONS: This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 effective 26 May 2022. All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. SET-ASIDE Line Items: This procurement is being issued as UNRESTRICTED. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS): 811219 Small Business Size Standard: $25,000,000. CONTRACT TYPE: In accordance with FAR 52.216-1 Type of Contract (April 1984), the Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, necessary to support the Public Health Command-Atlantic, Public Health Laboratory (PHC – A, PHL) as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services to be conducted by the contractor are to include preventative maintenance (PM), and instrument service for equipment located at Public Health Command-Atlantic, Ft. Meade, Maryland. The contractor will provide repair, maintenance, and calibration of the following laboratory instruments: The service must be performed in an expedient manner using only factory trained technicians and certified parts and reagents. All service and repair must be done on-site within 48 hours due to the delicate nature of the equipment and required precision of the analytical results. * The Contractor shall maintain safety and health standards compliant with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). DATE of DELIVERY and ACCEPTANCE: 30 September 2022 through 29 September 2027. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. CLOSING DATE: Quotes must be received No later than 9:00 A.M., 9 September 2022. Any questions shall be submitted no later than 9:00 A.M., 2 September 2022. Offers submitted in response to this solicitation shall be in English and in U.S. dollars.
