If the equipment is defective in workmanship or materials, or if the software fails to operate in accordance with Original Manufacturer Specifications (OMS), The Contractor shall repair or replace defective parts, software, or the equipment to return the system to fully operational condition. The Contractor shall provide all resources, labor, travel, parts, equipment and management necessary to keep the medical equipment in good operating condition.
