Provide 315 pounds of dry ice pellets on a weekly basis, totaling 16,380 pounds annually. Deliveries will be NLT 1200hrs every Monday and Wednesday. Vendor will deliver 215 pounds of dry ice pellets on Monday and 100 pounds of dry ice pellets on Wednesday Delivery to the Department of Pathology, McDonald Army Health Center (MCAHC) will be provided by the contractor. Note that Amendment -0001 revises the Statement of Need to clarify the amount of dry ice needed per year. Contractors shall sign and return that document with quote per instructions on the SF30.
