This Combined Synopsis Solicitation has been Amended (0002) to extended the closing date and time from 26 August 2022, 10:00 AM EST to 2 September 2022 11:00 PM EST. This Amendment 0002 also responds to Contractor questions. Please see the attached. This solicitaion closing date has been Amended from 2 September 2022 to now close on 26 August 2022. Please see the Amendment attached. Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) has a requirement to examine the climate of intimate partner violence (IPV) that is a combination of individual, relational, community, and societal factors, among women service members and dependents on Fort Bragg, NC. According to the letter from John Hopkins University filed in PCF A.03, confirms that their Principal Investigator is Dr. Nancy Glass. Additionally, the research from John Hopkins stated they developed and tested early computerized version of the decision aide in domestic violence shelters in 2010. This application tool can be available from mobile applications and websites. Dr Glass led the development of the application myPlan. The Geneva Foundation will work with Dr. Glass to modify the existing software program to include Female Soldiers and family members. Due to intelligent properties being owned and operated by The Geneva Foundation, this requirement will be sole sourced to The Geneva Foundation.
