The contractor shall provide all necessary diagnostic testing, medical evaluation and analysis of test results, to perform Level B screening for Fort Knox Civilian Police and Security Guards. Attachment A is the minimum required clinical reference Stress test, Echocardiogram and Detail Nuclear and specification for each test that will be needed for the occupational health clinic at Ireland Army Health Clinic, Fort Knox, KY.
