The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic (RHCO-A), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed, competed, 100% Small business set-aside, contract for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Ft Bragg, North Carolina. The requirement is for services which includes a rental of a functional Mobile Siemens Bio-Graph “Family” 40 slide or above PET/CT System in a mobile coach. The proposed contract period of performance will be from 01 September 2022 through 31 March 2023 with one 6-month option period. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ22Q0103. Please refer to attachment labeled “Performance Work Statement” for a detailed list of required services to be performed under this requirement. Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310, has a requirement to rent a functional Mobile Siemens Bio-Graph “Family” 40 slice or above PET/CT System in a mobile coach, able to fit on the existing 60X80 ft. concrete trailer pad outside the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) section of Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310. Patient access to the mobile CT unit will be a 24/7 operation. The duration of use will be for 6 months with a 30 day advance notice if an additional 6 months is needed. Contract is expected to be awarded around August or September of 2022. No site visit available.
