The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic (RHCO-A), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed, sole source, contract for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Ft Bragg, North Carolina. An approved Sole Source Justification will be posted with the solicitation. The requirement to buy Ortho Vision Automatic Analyzer Reagent Supplies for our Pathology Department. Exact reagent descriptions and quantities will be posed with the solicitation. It is our understanding that Ortho-Diagnostics Clinical does not have any authorized third party distributors of these supplies. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ22Q0087. Please refer to attachment labeled “Statement of Work” for a details of this requirement. The expected Period of Performance is: Base Period: 1 October 2022 through 30 September 2023 Option Period 1: 1 October 2023 through 30 September 2024 Option Period 2: 1 October 2024 through 30 September 2025 Option Period 3: 1 October 2025 through 30 September 2026 Option Period 4: 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2027 This is not a request for quote, and no telephonic request will be honored. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov website. The requirement will be using NAICS Code 334516. All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM can be accessed via the internet at www.sam.gov/. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract. The Point of Contact for this is Michael J.
