SOURCES SOUGHT. The Government has a requirement for to purchase software and system updates via Department of Defense Secure Access File Exchange for the Department of Nutrition Care, located at Womack Army Medical Center. The Contractor shall provide all required updates and upgrades to the software. Contractor shall provide coverage for damages that are beyond the standard warranty. The Contractor shall add coverage for specified damages which are not covered by the standard warranty such as unintentional damage from liquids, acts of nature, fire, or scratched/tarnished lenses. The contract is for a new award for the period of performance 1 May 2022 through 30 April 2023. The point of contact for this requirement is SFC Elise N.
