Contractor shall provide a Prescription Auto-Notification System with associated components to be integrated with the current IntelliCab Will Call Prescription Management systems already in place at eleven pharmacies, Department of Pharmacy, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC. This includes the Emergency Room Pharmacy; Inpatient Pharmacy; OR/PACU Pharmacy; Outpatient Pharmacy; Byars Health Clinic Pharmacy; Annex Pharmacy; Clark Health Clinic Pharmacy; Joel Health Clinic Pharmacy; Linden Oaks Health Clinic Pharmacy; Millstone Clinic Pharmacy (located in Hope Mills, NC); PX Pharmacy; Woodland Clinic Pharmacy (located in Fayetteville, NC); and the Annex Pharmacy. This prescription notification system must include all on-call and on-site support plus periodic updates/upgrades to coexist with the latest release of the IntelliSys Operating System currently in place at WAMC and outlining pharmacies. SOURCES SOUGHT. The Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide a Prescription Notification System with associated components to be integrated with the current GSL IntelliCab Will Call Prescription Management systems already in place at seven outlying pharmacies located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina and the Department of Pharmacy located at Womack Army Medical Hospital (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Installation of the prescription notification system must coexist with the current GSL Will Call Prescription systems already in place and operational at WAMC and outlying pharmacies. This requirement is only for a Base Year with a period of performance from 16 March 2022 through 15 March 2023. See attached Performance Work Statement for full description of requirement.
