Womack Army Medical Center has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a Contractor to provide a storage facility capable of storing at least 5,358 boxes of medical records. The quantity of boxes may increase or decrease during the term of the contract. The anticipated term of the contract is 3 years. Contractor must store records in a ventilated area. Boxes of records must be stored on shelves individually, not palletized. The initial solicitation was to close on 15 February 2022. However, due to an adminitrative error the closing date is extended to 24 February 2022, 4:00 pm EST.

SOURCES SOUGHT. The Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a Contractor to provide a storage facility capable of storing at least 5,358 boxes of medical records. The quantity of boxes may increase or decrease during the term of the contract. The Contractor’s Facility must have an operational HVAC that maintains a constant temperature with reduced humidity. All medical records belong to Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC). Contractor must be able to pick-up and deliver medical records to WAMC and five outlying medical clinics located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to store, pick-up, deliver, or destroy (when authorized by WAMC) medical records on an on-call basis and supervised to insure privacy standards are adhered to.
