The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of Nuclear Medicine Pharmaceutical Supplies for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA 30905. The potential contract will be a 12 month base year plus four 12 month option year firm-fixed price service agreement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this sources sought notice or any follow-up information requests. If your organization has the capability to provide the supplies listed below, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
