The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina, Optometry Department has a requirement for Multiple scleral lens diameters which fall in the range of 14 mm to 20 mm for a large range of corneal sizes. The ability to have a prolate or oblate scleral lens design to fit a wide range of corneal shapes. The ability to have custom design options to fine-tune optics and fit. The ability to talk with fitting consultants regarding specialty contact lens fit. The requirement will be unrestricted using NAICS Code 339115. All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM can be accessed via the internet at www.sam.gov/. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract.
