The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic (RHCO-A), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price contract for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Ft Bragg, North Carolina. The requirement is for Purchase four (4) Polysomnography analyzers (sleep study system) for the Department of Medicine of WAMC, Building 4-2817 Reilly Road, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. Delivery, installation and training is required to be completed 60 days after date of contract. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ21Q0155. The equipment must meet or exceed the below capabilities to be considered for award. WAMC Department of Medicine requires template flexibility, a minimum of 50 Sleep Diagnostic (SDX), a minimum of 24 channels, all hemodymic monitoring capability, ncluding etCO2, and the capability to create American Academy Sleep Medicine (AASM) reports for quality assurance to help support the re-credentialing process. Finally, WAMC Department of Medicine requires the vendor to have the ability to review and analyze the (Polysomnography) PSG data during video collection. If the equipment has a port to connect to the hospitals systems it must be disconnected so that it is a stand-alone system. This is not a request for quote, and no telephonic request will be honored. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov website. The requirement will be using NAICS Code 339112. All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM can be accessed via the internet at www.sam.gov/. Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310, has a supply requirement for polysomnography analyzers, computerized for WAMC. The analyzers are required for comprehensive diagnostic evaluation of sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy as well as other sleep disorders. WAMC Department of Medicine requires template flexibility, a minimum of 50 SDX, a minimum of 24 channels, all hemodymic monitoring capability, including etCO2, and the capability to create AASM reports for quality assurance to help support the re-credentialing process. Finally, WAMC Department of Medicine requires the vendor to have the ability to review and analyze the PSG data during video collection. The Natus system operates with 58 SDX, and 102 channels, giving the clearest, optimal picture to diagnose/treat seizures patients. Natus is the only vendor with the ability to create individualized templates for both technicians and providers without additional costs, and is the only vendor capable of creating the AASM reports necessary for quality assurance tracking. Finally, Natus is the only vendor to have the capability to review and analyze the PSG data during the video collection portion of the study. It is the governments understanding that Natus does not have authorized third party distributors. The NAICS for this requirement is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing).
