Womack Armt Medical Center intends to solicit and award a No-Cost Blanket Purchase Agreement to Roche Diagnostic Corporation for the continues use of the Blood Glucose Testing Equipment (Roche AccuCheck Inform II). The Blood Glucose Testing equipment is capable of other test result entries for Fecal Occult Blood, Urine hCG, Visual Urinalysis and Rapid Strep patient results. The contractor will provide all required meters with Bar Code Scanner, educational materials, literature and docking stations. Meter and docking station replacement shall be provided at NO COST.
