The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic (RHCO-A), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price sole sourced contract for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Ft Bragg, North Carolina to Innovative Product Achievement (IPA). The requirement is for service maintenance of 12 SCRUB EX machines. Maintenance of Scrub Ex Linen Management Software, 4 Large Volume (LV) Receivers (Model Number LVLR-WP), 4 Large Volume (LV) Dispensers (Model Number LVD Local), and 4 Medium Volume (MV) Dispensers/Receivers (Model Number MV). All of the machines are located at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310. The proposed contract period of performance will be from 01 July 2021 through 30 June 2022 with three 12-month option periods. See Performance Work Statement Attached. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ21Q0132. The SCRUB EX machines are manufactured by IPA and can only be maintenance through them to maintain warranties on equipment. IPA does not certify third parties to service or maintenance their equipment. See Sole Source Justification attached. This is not a request for quote, and no telephonic request will be honored. The solicitation will be posted on Beta.SAM.gov website. The requirement will be using NAICS Code 511210. All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM can be accessed via the internet at www.sam.gov/. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract. The Point of Contact for this is Michael J.
