The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic (RHCO-A), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price sole sourced contract for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Ft Bragg, North Carolina to NC Department of Health and Human Services. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification and Approval for details. The requirement is for services which includes the testing of Newborn Screenings for various diseases and ailments, which are mandated by Statue. The proposed contract period of performance will be from 01 April 2022 through 31 March 2023 with three 12-month option periods. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ22Q0006. Please refer to attachment labeled “Performance Work Statement” for a detailed list of required services to be performed under this requirement. This is not a request for quote, and no telephonic request will be honored. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov website. The requirement will be using NAICS Code 621511. All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM can be accessed via the internet at www.sam.gov/.
